Yes. Email campaigns, including A/B split and ecommerce types, go to groups, mailing lists or specific contacts, and SMS campaigns go to groups or a mailing list, sent now or scheduled.
02Does it handle transactional email?+
Yes. Operational emails go to individual recipients with personalized fields, up to 500 per request, and operational SMS messages can be prepared for reuse.
03Can it manage contacts and lists?+
It imports up to 1,000 contacts per call, adds them to groups and mailing lists, updates fields, and removes or deletes contacts.
04What reporting can it use?+
Opens, clicks, bounces, complaints, unsubscribes, domain breakdowns, SMS delivery and replies, push results, automation logs and a 12-month executive report.
05Can it sync store orders?+
Yes. It creates and updates commerce orders with customer details, items, amounts and status for ecommerce campaigns.
