  • Targeted record repairs

Fix selected contact, company, or deal fields without replacing unrelated information, keeping useful CRM context intact as work progresses.

  • A working sales system

Build portals and pipeline dashboards around Agile CRM records, with outreach and delivery coordination handled through your connected tools.

Questions

Agile CRM, with SPIRITT.

01Which Agile CRM records can SPIRITT work with?+
SPIRITT can create, retrieve, update, and delete person contacts, companies, and deals. It can page through person contacts and deals, create contacts with tags and scores, and associate contacts when creating deals. Company retrieval uses a known numeric ID rather than a company-wide listing.
02What access does Agile CRM require?+
The connection uses an Agile CRM API key. Provide access appropriate to the records in your mission and identify any tenant custom properties or milestone names it should use. Numeric record IDs are useful for targeted company updates and record reconciliation.
03Can it maintain records without overwriting other fields?+
Yes. Contact and company updates add or replace selected properties while preserving properties not included in the update. Deal updates also leave unspecified fields intact. That supports focused cleanup jobs, verified spreadsheet corrections, and meeting follow-through without replacing whole records.
04Can it run campaigns or support tasks inside Agile CRM?+
The available Agile CRM actions cover contacts, companies, and deals, not native campaigns, tasks, or support tickets. SPIRITT can use those CRM records to run outreach through Gmail, coordinate sales work in Slack, and create delivery projects in Asana when those tools are connected.
05What useful systems can it build around Agile CRM?+
SPIRITT can build a scored lead intake form, partner referral portal, duplicate-resolution workbench, or pipeline decision dashboard. These systems can create CRM records, retain returned IDs, and use saved deal snapshots to show changes over time rather than relying on a native history feed.
06How does recurring work differ from a native CRM trigger?+
Recurring missions can scan paginated contacts and deals on a schedule, compare them with saved state, and act across connected tools. They do not depend on an Agile CRM event subscription. Exact milestone names matter when creating or moving deals, including their letter case.
