01Can SPIRITT create and schedule jobs?+
These actions retrieve and search jobs but do not create jobs or change their schedule. SPIRITT can build the dispatch view and run the office handoffs around those records.
02What does quotation creation deliver?+
It creates a quotation or enquiry from customer details, address, work description, and supported custom fields. It returns an entity ID for tracking; it is not a promise of full line-item estimating automation.
03Can it use our price and labour references?+
Yes. Inventory supplies, kits, categories, quote labour roles, standard sections, and stages are available to inform estimating packs and planning views.
04Can it add documents and job notes?+
Yes. It can attach files and add notes to known entities such as jobs, quotes, and customers, preserving the connection between operational context and the source record.
05Can it pay supplier invoices?+
It can retrieve supplier invoices and coordinate reconciliation or approval work. Payment execution is not part of these Ascora actions.
06How do customer records stay aligned?+
SPIRITT can create or update customers, contacts, and suppliers using verified IDs and approved source data, then read the records back to check the changes.
