01Can SPIRITT read or rotate my Bitwarden passwords?+
The available actions cover organization administration, not vault items. SPIRITT can work with members, groups, invitations, and subscription details. Password retrieval, secret sharing, and credential rotation are not part of this connection.
02What access and inputs does an administration mission need?+
Connect Bitwarden with organization permissions appropriate to the intended actions. Member and group lookups use specific IDs, so provide an access register or scoped ID list. Bulk onboarding needs an approved member and group import roster.
03Can SPIRITT manage onboarding and offboarding?+
Yes. It can bulk import members and groups, retrieve member details, resend eligible invitations, and remove specified organization members. Removal is scoped to approved identities; it does not rotate credentials a departing person may already know.
04Can it coordinate access reviews with our other tools?+
SPIRITT can compare Bitwarden member admin status and group membership against a Google Sheets register, coordinate owners in Slack, and track remediation in Asana or Jira. Shared updates can contain status and task references rather than sensitive access details.
05What custom systems can it build around Bitwarden?+
Useful builds include an onboarding desk, a restricted group review portal, and a temporary admin register. These systems use supplied IDs to retrieve records, track decisions, and verify supported changes while leaving vault secrets out of the application.
06How do member controls differ from group controls here?+
SPIRITT can update a member's admin status, reinvite a member, or remove a member. For groups, it can retrieve details and member IDs, bulk import members and groups, or delete an approved group. Direct editing of existing group membership or collection permissions is not among the available actions.
