  • Files that reach their destination

Check each design's supported export formats, follow exports through completion, and deliver usable files to your team's shared storage.

  • A library teams can navigate

Give assets consistent names and tags, group designs into useful folders, and build a searchable index with direct Canva links.

Questions

Canva, with SPIRITT.

01What work can SPIRITT carry out directly in Canva?+
SPIRITT can create designs, import external files, upload assets, manage folders, rename and tag assets, add design comments and replies, and export designs. Eligible accounts can also use template autofill and design resizing. Long-running upload, import, autofill, resize, and export jobs can be followed through to their results.
02Does my Canva plan affect template generation and resizing?+
Yes. Brand-template access depends on your plan and available templates. Canva Enterprise users are eligible for autofill; other paid-plan users can use a limited development trial, not general production access. Resizing requires Canva Pro or Enterprise. SPIRITT checks account capabilities and distinguishes trial testing from recurring production before choosing the workflow.
03Can SPIRITT keep producing and delivering assets on a schedule?+
Yes. A recurring workflow can take ready design IDs from a tracker, check supported export formats, start exports, retrieve completed files, and deliver them to connected storage. A delivery register can distinguish completed packages from failed jobs without repeatedly exporting every design.
04How can Canva work with our campaign tools?+
Google Sheets can supply template inputs and delivery status, Slack can carry reviewer handoffs, and Google Drive can hold source files and exported packages. SPIRITT coordinates those steps using Canva design IDs, folder IDs, and job results so each brief stays connected to its outputs.
05Can SPIRITT build a custom application around our Canva library?+
Yes. Useful applications include a searchable design catalog with thumbnails and editing links, a template request portal that validates dataset fields, or a production desk showing generation and export status. These interfaces organize the work around Canva rather than replacing its design editor.
06Is template autofill the same as editing any Canva layout?+
No. Autofill populates supported data fields in eligible templates or designs; it does not provide unrestricted editing of individual layout elements. Visual layout changes belong in Canva's editor. SPIRITT handles field-based population, design creation and imports, then coordinates feedback and provides editing links for layout work.
