Questions

Capsule CRM, with SPIRITT.

01What are parties, and how does SPIRITT use them?+
Capsule CRM uses parties for people and organisations. SPIRITT can search, create, and update them, inspect an organisation's employees, and add parties to opportunities or projects. That makes it possible to carry the buying committee and delivery contacts into the engagement instead of losing them in a note.
02Can it create and run Capsule Tracks?+
Yes. SPIRITT can create or update Track definitions, apply Tracks to supported opportunities or projects, and inspect the resulting tasks. A reusable onboarding sequence can therefore become assigned work, with follow-through on dates and completion rather than just a checklist document.
03How are sales milestones different from project stages?+
Opportunity milestones belong to sales pipelines and carry probabilities used in forecasting. Projects move through board stages to represent delivery work. SPIRITT can maintain both, using a won opportunity to start delivery without treating the sales forecast and project progress as the same status.
04What access does Capsule CRM setup require?+
Connect Capsule CRM using OAuth or an API key with access appropriate to the mission. The connected account's permissions govern the records and settings SPIRITT can work with. SPIRITT can inspect users and teams to resolve assignments; access to customer records should not be assumed to include permission to change account configuration.
05Can it build a customer document or project app?+
Yes. Entries and their downloadable attachments can support a bid library, engagement workspace, or document intake app. SPIRITT can also upload attachments and maintain notes in Capsule CRM, while building the interface and access rules around the selected customer records.
06How does Capsule CRM coordinate with the rest of delivery?+
SPIRITT can collect signed documents from Google Drive, send client messages through Gmail, reconcile capacity with Google Calendar, and resolve ownership in Slack. Capsule CRM retains the parties, opportunities, projects, Tracks, and tasks while scheduled workflows keep the handoffs moving.
