01Can SPIRITT design certificates in CertSeal?+
It can list existing designs and create a batch from one. Designs and email templates must already exist; this connection does not create them.
02Does issuing a certificate consume quota?+
Yes. Every issued recipient permanently consumes a certificate quota unit, even if later deleted. A batch of up to 100 recipients is atomic: invalid rows, duplicate IDs, or quota failure create none.
03Is queued email the same as delivered email?+
No. Issue-and-send and email-send actions queue external delivery. SPIRITT follows recipient email status and keeps failed, pending, and unknown outcomes separate.
04What happens when a batch is archived?+
Archiving freezes recipient changes and sends while preserving existing certificate URLs. SPIRITT can unarchive an approved batch when further work is needed.
05How do I connect CertSeal to SPIRITT?+
Open your SPIRITT workspace and connect CertSeal. Choose the account and records for the mission, then connect any companion apps that will receive work.
06What should I ask SPIRITT to do first?+
