01What account is required?+
Checkvist's supported connection requires a PRO account or active PRO trial. SPIRITT uses your authorized checklist access rather than assuming every list is available.
02Can SPIRITT import nested plans?+
Yes. Indented task imports preserve hierarchy and existing tasks. Large imports can take time, so SPIRITT waits and checks the outline instead of retrying early and creating duplicates.
03Does replacing a checklist preserve its tasks?+
No. Replacement deletes every existing task before importing the new hierarchy. Normal planning workflows use creation, import, or targeted updates instead.
04Can it update notes and completion status?+
It can read task notes as context, update supported task fields, and use dedicated closed, reopened, or invalidated status actions. Writing task notes is not included.
05How do I connect Checkvist to SPIRITT?+
Open your SPIRITT workspace and connect Checkvist. Choose the account and records for the mission, then connect any companion apps that will receive work.
06What should I ask SPIRITT to do first?+
Start with 'Build a delivery outline'. Specify the target records, who should receive the result, and which changes or external actions you approve. SPIRITT builds the workflow and checks its outputs against the connected account.
