Questions

Clarify, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT send customer emails through Clarify?+
Yes, through the user's connected Gmail or Outlook account after approval. Recipients come from verified CRM people or explicitly supplied new-contact addresses.
02Can it read meeting transcripts?+
Yes, when a recording is available and accessible. Meeting summaries are not verbatim transcripts, so exact quotes come from the recording record.
03Can it change our custom CRM fields?+
It can inspect the write schema, update supported record fields and manage custom-field metadata. Computed fields cannot be made writable by inventing a parallel field.
04Can it report real stage movement?+
Yes. Current records answer current-state questions; the change log supports transitions and point-in-time analysis. Import dates do not become invented historical close dates.
05Can it create customer lists and dashboards?+
Yes. Dynamic lists serve browsable record sets, while versioned reports and dashboards support aggregated views. New slices can be created without changing an existing shared list.
06Can it monitor existing automations?+
Yes. Agents and workflows have separate inventories and run histories. SPIRITT uses the correct run status and transcript to diagnose failures and coordinate repair.
