What you can do with Clockify.

  • Reliable time records

Catch overlapping entries, missing project assignments, and forgotten timers. Apply verified corrections without inventing hours worked.

  • Projects ready for work

Turn an agreed scope into Clockify clients, projects, tasks, memberships, and billable rates so the team can log against the right work.

  • Hours with business context

Connect tracked time to budgets, scheduling assignments, and billing rules in a custom system that shows where delivery needs attention.

Questions

Clockify, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT correct Clockify entries or only report on them?+
It can create, update, and bulk update time entries, log time for other users where permitted, and stop running user timers. It can use owner-confirmed timestamps and project mappings to repair records, then reconcile the results with detailed or weekly reports.
02What Clockify access does a mission need?+
Connect an account with access to the relevant Clockify workspace. Reporting missions need visibility into the selected users and projects; logging for another user, changing memberships, or updating rates requires the corresponding permissions. SPIRITT can inspect accessible workspaces and the connected user before choosing the target.
03Can it run a recurring timesheet close?+
Yes. SPIRITT can schedule checks of time entries, running timers, and reports, compare results with your expected-hour rules and Clockify holidays, and coordinate corrections through Slack. Webhooks can also support updates for available workspace events, with delivery logs and scheduled reconciliation to catch missed changes.
04How does Clockify connect to billing and project tools?+
SPIRITT can map Jira issues to Clockify tasks, compare tracked hours with Google Sheets budgets and rate schedules, and send billing evidence through Gmail. Clockify detailed and expense reports supply the evidence; invoice creation or payment collection belongs in a connected billing system, not the time-entry workflow itself.
05What can SPIRITT build around our tracked time?+
It can build a budget cockpit, client hours portal, or capacity board using Clockify projects, tasks, time reports, scheduling assignments, and holidays. Contract budgets and working-hour rules from your other tools add the context needed to explain consumption and staffing trade-offs.
06How is this different from sharing a Clockify report?+
A shared report presents selected time data. SPIRITT can create and maintain that report while also setting up project tasks, correcting confirmed entry errors, coordinating missing information, and building a wider operational system. It carries the work behind the numbers through to a finished outcome.
