Make each contact count

SPIRITT connects Close opportunities, notes, and communication history to the next sales action. It creates leads and tasks, sends contextual emails, and builds the workspace around your sales conversations.

What you can do with Close.

  • Relevant next messages

Use the lead's notes, contact details, and accessible email history to send follow-ups that address the actual conversation.

  • Calls with a next step

Log completed calls against the right lead and convert the recorded commitments into dated Close tasks.

  • Evidence behind the pipeline

Build deal review tools that bring opportunity values together with notes and activities, so managers can act on gaps in context.

Questions

Close, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT send emails from Close or only save drafts?+
It can create drafts, send or schedule emails, and log correspondence. Those are different actions: recording an email as already sent is not the same as delivering it. SPIRITT can track the intended sending action and check the resulting accessible email activity as part of the workflow.
02Does logging a call or SMS initiate a conversation?+
No. The available call action records completed inbound or outbound calls; it does not dial a phone. The SMS action supports logging sent, received, or draft messages rather than a promised SMS delivery workflow. SPIRITT can still turn that history into Close tasks and send supported email follow-ups.
03Which account and customer records will it use?+
SPIRITT can verify the connected Close account identity and use the records available to that connection. Opportunity, lead, and contact identifiers anchor the work; note and email or call activity filters narrow the history. Connecting Close does not imply unrestricted access to a separate email inbox.
04Can it build an app around my Close opportunities?+
Yes. A deal workbench can combine opportunity data, aggregate pipeline values, contacts, notes, and communication activities, with actions to create tasks and emails. The available connection retrieves opportunities but does not provide opportunity editing, so the app should not promise automatic stage or ownership changes in Close.
05How does recurring follow-through avoid repeating the same work?+
SPIRITT can schedule activity checks and keep a ledger of source emails, imported calls, created leads, and task references. That lets it identify new work and reconcile retries. It can create follow-up tasks directly, while tracking their workflow history outside Close rather than assuming a task-listing capability.
06What can connected tools add to a Close sales operation?+
Google Sheets can supply referral intake and targets, Google Docs can hold proposals and handoff packets, and Asana can run delivery after a win. SPIRITT coordinates those outcomes with Close lead creation, emails, and tasks, while Slack carries specialist questions and rep handovers.
