01What can SPIRITT do with Cloudinary assets?+
SPIRITT can upload images, videos, and raw files; search the library; update tags and metadata; relate assets; and generate derivatives through transformations. It can also create slideshows, extract page images from multipage resources, and package selected assets into archives.
02What access does the Cloudinary connection need?+
The connection uses API key authentication for your Cloudinary environment. Give it access appropriate to the mission, such as asset management, transformation configuration, or live stream operations. Deletion and publication should be scoped to explicit asset targets and your distribution rules.
03Can SPIRITT keep new media organized automatically?+
Yes. SPIRITT can run scheduled intake and reconciliation workflows, create upload presets, and maintain tags, context metadata, and structured metadata values. Cloudinary webhook triggers can also feed a custom workflow endpoint for supported event types, with failures tracked for resolution.
04How can Cloudinary work with our catalog and creative tools?+
SPIRITT can use Airtable product records to populate asset metadata, Google Sheets placement specifications to drive transformations, and Google Drive files as intake sources. It can then distribute completed media manifests through Slack or package selected assets for handoff through Gmail.
