It can search spaces and pages, create and update pages and blog posts, add labels and properties, read attachments, and create inline or footer comments. It can also retrieve documented action items, update tasks, and create spaces or whiteboards for a defined mission.
02Will a knowledge app expose restricted pages?+
Confluence results are scoped to the connected account's access, and content restrictions can be inspected. A custom app must also enforce its viewers' authorized access rather than showing everything the connection can read. SPIRITT can build those checks and retain source links without widening the underlying page permissions.
03How does it avoid overwriting newer page edits?+
A page update replaces the page's content, so SPIRITT needs the current body and latest version before applying an edit. A maintenance workflow can preserve unrelated sections and re-read a page when another edit intervenes, rather than replacing it with an older copy.
