Questions

Creatomate, with SPIRITT.

01Can it use my existing templates?+
Read the actual project template and its RenderScript before producing personalized variants. Inspect the template first, record a render ID per row, check terminal status, and place successful outputs in Google Drive.
02How does it deliver completed creative?+
Start renders, follow them to succeeded or failed, and deliver the returned output files to the agreed destination. Inspect the template first, record a render ID per row, check terminal status, and place successful outputs in Google Drive.
03Can it maintain reusable brand templates?+
Create and maintain templates so recurring campaigns share an intentional visual system. Update approved template names, tags, or full RenderScript replacements, preserve prior source in Google Drive, and produce a searchable template register.
04What do I connect to get started with Creatomate?+
Connect your Creatomate account, identify the records or project scope for the mission, and provide the operating rules. For build a campaign asset factory, start with the source inputs described in that mission and authorize the companion apps used for its handoffs.
05Does submitting a render mean the asset is ready?+
No. Rendering is asynchronous and consumes render credits. SPIRITT checks each render until it succeeds or fails, verifies the available output, and only then hands the asset to distribution.
06Do template changes alter finished campaign assets?+
Updating a template changes the reusable source for subsequent work. SPIRITT preserves prior RenderScript when making approved changes and runs a new sample to verify the result; it does not describe existing outputs as automatically regenerated.
