What you can do with Crisp.

  • The right next operator

Route conversations into existing inboxes and assign available operators using the topic, customer context, and team membership.

  • A reply that resolves

Answer from the conversation history and approved guidance, then carry bugs, sales requests, and service work into connected tools.

  • Clear conversation context

Keep subjects, segments, custom data, and conversation states useful so the next person understands what the visitor needs.

Questions

Crisp, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT reply to visitors and change conversation ownership?+
Yes. It can send text replies to existing Crisp conversations, assign or remove an operator, move a conversation into an existing inbox, and set its state to pending, unresolved, or resolved. Replies are immediately visitor-visible, so the mission's response rules govern what gets sent.
02What does the Crisp connection need access to?+
The connection uses a Crisp API key with the appropriate workspace access. SPIRITT can inspect configured inbox membership, operator roles and availability, conversations, and people profiles. Naming the target inboxes and routing rules gives it a concrete scope for assignments and replies.
03Can it edit customer profiles or just conversation context?+
SPIRITT can read and search people profiles, including exact email lookups. The available editing actions apply to conversation metadata such as visitor details, subject, segments, and custom data, preserving unspecified fields. They do not provide a separate people-profile editing action.
04How can Crisp chats become work in other systems?+
A qualified conversation can become a HubSpot sales handoff, a reproducible bug can become a GitHub issue, and an implementation request can become an Asana task. SPIRITT can retain the external work reference in Crisp conversation data and return the finished outcome to the visitor.
05What can SPIRITT build around Crisp's inboxes?+
It can build an operator console with conversation state, unread counts, inbox, assignment, and latest-message context. The console can apply supported routing changes to Crisp, while scheduled workflows maintain waiting-on-customer queues and shift handoffs with records of actions already taken.
06Does this include Crisp campaigns or helpdesk article publishing?+
This connection focuses on conversations, people-profile reading, inbox discovery, and operator routing. It does not expose campaign launching or helpdesk article publishing. SPIRITT can use approved guides from connected document tools to answer existing conversations and build the wider support workflow around them.
