Questions

Dialpad, with SPIRITT.

01What can SPIRITT manage directly in Dialpad?+
SPIRITT can retrieve call details and available transcripts, attach call labels, create callbacks, initiate outbound calls, maintain contacts, and send SMS messages with optional media or a group sender. SMS workflows can check company opt-outs before sending. It can also manage offices, departments, operator assignments, skills, phone numbers, custom IVRs, and call routers with the required access.
02What access does a Dialpad mission need?+
Dialpad supports OAuth and API key connections. Access should match the mission: transcript follow-through needs access to the relevant calls, while provisioning users or changing routing requires the corresponding administrative permissions. SPIRITT works within the connected account's permissions.
03Can workflows start from Dialpad events?+
Yes. Call, SMS, and agent status subscriptions can provide events for ongoing workflows. SPIRITT can use them to operate callback queues, triage inbound messages, or maintain a staffing board, then carry the resulting work into connected tools.
04How can Dialpad calls connect to our CRM and task tools?+
SPIRITT can match call phone numbers to CRM contacts, retrieve available transcripts, and carry explicit commitments into HubSpot or Asana tasks. It can also build a caller context page and trigger a screen pop for a Dialpad user, bringing CRM context into the call workflow.
05Can SPIRITT build custom call routing or an operations app?+
Yes. Dialpad supports call routers that use a specified URL for custom routing logic. SPIRITT can build the service behind that routing, as well as callback desks and staffing dashboards backed by call records, operator information, and events. Routing rules and fallback destinations come from your operating requirements.
06Does initiating a call mean SPIRITT speaks to the caller?+
No. Starting an outbound call for a Dialpad user, creating a callback request, and initiating an IVR call are distinct actions. Those controls do not by themselves provide a conversational voice agent. SPIRITT can operate the routing, context, and follow-through around your team's calls without claiming to replace the person speaking.
