What you can do with Documenso.

  • Prepare a complete packet

Start from a configured envelope, maintain its items and supporting attachments, and verify recipient fields before distributing the packet.

  • Fix the signing setup

Inspect field placement, recipient assignments, and signing order so draft documents are ready before the first signing email goes out.

  • Make completion actionable

Collect completed PDFs, reconstruct envelope activity when needed, and start the next operational step from verified signing status.

Questions

Documenso, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT prepare both documents and multi-document envelopes?+
Yes. SPIRITT can create documents, add document fields and recipients, and send them for signing. It can also create envelopes with items, attachments, and recipients. For a ready-to-send envelope workflow, it can duplicate an already configured envelope and inspect or update existing fields rather than assume newly added items have signature fields.
02What can it change about signer roles and fields?+
SPIRITT can update document recipient names, emails, roles, and signing order, create document fields, and adjust field properties such as position and size. Template recipient updates also support authentication options. A preparation mission can be scoped to drafts as your operating rule, with the resulting recipients and fields checked before distribution.
03What account access is needed for team work?+
Connect an API key with access to the documents and team involved. The available document move action transfers documents between personal and team accounts; it is not a general folder move. Team membership changes require the appropriate team permissions, so SPIRITT keeps document ownership and membership operations separate.
04Can SPIRITT build an embedded document editor?+
Yes. Documenso provides tokens for embedded authoring sessions. SPIRITT can build a staff-facing application around those sessions, associate documents with customer or project records, and manage a preparation queue. Embedded authoring and recipient signing are distinct workflows; the authoring token is not treated as authorization to sign for a recipient.
05How does it handle reminders and finished files?+
Signing requests can be re-sent to specified document recipients, and envelope requests can be re-sent to recipients who have not actioned them. SPIRITT can schedule status checks, retrieve completed signed PDFs, file them in Google Drive, and carry completion into Asana or a connected CRM without duplicating the handoff.
06What makes the envelope workflow useful beyond sending a PDF?+
An envelope brings together document items, attachments, recipient details, fields, and signing status. SPIRITT can maintain the packet's order and supporting materials, inspect an individual recipient, and retrieve the envelope audit log when a signing sequence needs investigation. Those objects support a managed agreement process rather than a one-off email send.
