01What can SPIRITT mail?+
Letters printed from a PDF of up to 10 MB and postcards printed from your front and back artwork, delivered by USPS to US addresses.
02Which print and mail options are supported?+
Color or black and white, single or double sided, mail class, certified service with first-class mail, prepaid return envelopes and postcard size.
03How does SPIRITT avoid sending twice?+
Each send prints and charges real mail, so SPIRITT records every piece in a ledger and never automatically resends a submission whose outcome is unclear.
04Can it check our balance?+
Yes. SPIRITT reads the account balance before batches and on a schedule, so runs are funded and finance hears about shortfalls early.
05What artwork works best for postcards?+
Hosted images for the front and back, ideally 1875 by 1275 pixel PNGs. SPIRITT can produce the files and host them for the send.
06What does the connection need?+
A DocuPost API key for the funded account SPIRITT should send from. Address and document sources connect separately.
