01What can SPIRITT create and manage in DocuSeal?+
SPIRITT can create templates from PDF, DOCX, or HTML, clone or merge templates, and update template documents and submitter roles. It can also send submissions, inspect signing progress, update submitter details and field values, re-send signature requests, and retrieve submission documents.
02What access does the DocuSeal connection need?+
DocuSeal connects through an API key. Use a key with access to the templates, submissions, and submitters needed for the workflow. Connect other apps separately when the mission also includes filing signed documents, updating customer records, or assigning onboarding work.
03Can SPIRITT follow up with individual signers?+
Yes. SPIRITT can retrieve individual submitter details and re-send signature request emails through DocuSeal. A recurring workflow can check incomplete submissions, apply your follow-up intervals and contact limits, and route unresolved cases to the right owner through a connected communication tool.
04How do completed documents reach our other systems?+
SPIRITT can check submission completion, retrieve the documents, and coordinate filing in Google Drive, agreement-status updates in HubSpot, or onboarding tasks in Asana. DocuSeal can also return partially filled documents for in-progress submissions, so the workflow checks completion before treating a file as signed.
05Can SPIRITT build a signing dashboard or intake app?+
Yes. SPIRITT can build an internal intake app that maps supplied details to approved templates and creates submissions. A signing dashboard can show submission and submitter progress, surface missing information, and link to completed documents, with access designed around the intended users.
06Do all signature requests need a reusable template?+
No. DocuSeal supports submissions from existing templates as well as one-off submissions from PDF, DOCX, or HTML. Reusable templates suit repeated agreements; direct submissions suit an individual amendment or generated document. DOCX submissions can use dynamic content variables, while HTML submissions can include embedded field tags.
