What you can do with DocuSign.

  • Agreements through completion

Create and send envelopes from approved templates, pursue missing inputs, and track each agreement to verified completion or a named blocker.

  • Controlled bulk rollouts

Test recipient lists before sending, resolve processing failures, and verify individual envelope outcomes instead of treating delivery as a signature.

  • Signing meets delivery

Let customers sign inside your app, then use confirmed envelope completion to start onboarding once, with the correct customer and scope.

Questions

DocuSign, with SPIRITT.

01What agreement work can SPIRITT execute in DocuSign?+
SPIRITT can create envelopes from existing templates, map recipient roles, add attachments and custom fields, and send eligible agreements. It can retrieve envelopes, documents, and audit events, update notification settings, and track completion. It can also test and run bulk sends. Assigned recipients still perform their own signatures.
02What DocuSign access does the connection need?+
You authorize a DocuSign account, and its permissions govern the available operations. Sending missions need access to the relevant templates and envelopes. Brand profiles, signing group membership, and Connect configurations require the corresponding account privileges; connecting an account does not grant additional authority.
03Can SPIRITT run a recurring agreement operation?+
Yes. It can process intake requests, create and send envelopes that meet your sending rules, and keep a ledger to prevent duplicates. Scheduled envelope checks and completion notifications keep outcomes current, while reminder settings, correction workflows, and owner follow-up address unfinished agreements.
04How does a signed agreement reach our CRM and delivery team?+
SPIRITT can store HubSpot deal IDs in envelope custom fields and write envelope references back to the CRM. A completion notification can trigger envelope retrieval to verify the outcome, followed by an Asana onboarding project. A handoff ledger prevents repeated notifications from creating duplicate projects.
05Can SPIRITT build an app where customers sign agreements?+
Yes. It can build intake and customer access controls, create and send an eligible envelope, then generate a DocuSign recipient view for embedded signing. Returning to the portal alone is not proof of signature: the workflow records the actual envelope outcome using completion events and envelope retrieval.
06Is a successful bulk send batch the same as a signed agreement?+
No. Batch status describes send processing, not whether all recipients signed. SPIRITT tracks individual envelope outcomes separately, verifies completion through envelope retrieval and completion events, and uses those results for rollout decisions. Processing failures and unfinished signing remain distinct work queues.
