01Can SPIRITT collect files using Dropbox file requests?+
Yes. It can create, list, inspect, and update file requests, including closing them when collection is complete. It can check destination files against your requirements, send Gmail follow-ups for missing material, and maintain a Google Sheets completion register. Your intake policy determines when instructions change and requests close.
02Does SPIRITT need Dropbox team administrator access?+
File operations depend on the connected account's access to the relevant files and folders. Team-folder administration, audit logs, and member quota management require the corresponding team permissions and account features. With that authority, SPIRITT can archive team folders, investigate activity, and set or remove custom member quotas.
03Can SPIRITT investigate and recover a disputed file version?+
It can list revisions, compare their identifiers and timestamps with release records, and use team audit events to investigate changes. An investigation can preserve the original without altering it. A separately authorized recovery can restore the file to a selected revision and verify the resulting file.
04Can SPIRITT reorganize folders without disturbing the originals?+
Yes. It can create a destination structure, copy files and folders individually or in batches, check asynchronous copy status, and reconcile destination metadata against the source inventory. A copy-based migration preserves the originals and produces a verified index before any separately authorized retirement.

Shared links provide stable references for ongoing package delivery. SPIRITT can change their settings within your account's sharing policy or revoke them when distribution ends. Temporary download links expire and suit short-lived retrieval. A delivery register can retain stable package links while an asset browser generates temporary links on demand.
