Questions

Dropbox Sign, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT send both individual and bulk signature requests?+
Yes. Dropbox Sign supports sending documents directly and sending batches from reusable templates. A templated bulk send can contain up to 250 requests. SPIRITT can split a larger roster, follow bulk-job progress, and track individual requests rather than treating job creation as completed signing.
02What is different about embedded signing?+
Embedded requests support signing inside an application through an embedded signing frame. SPIRITT can create these requests, including template-based ones, and retrieve a signing URL for a specific signer. It can build a customer portal around that flow with access controls that keep each signing link scoped to the correct person.
03Which Dropbox Sign access does the mission need?+
Dropbox Sign supports account authorization or an API key. Connect an account with access to the requests and templates in scope; team and template-sharing operations also require the relevant permissions. SPIRITT can inspect account quota information, team membership, and template details before running the operation.
04How does SPIRITT handle stalled or incorrect requests?+
SPIRITT can inspect returned request and signer statuses, remind outstanding signers, and update a specific signer's name or email address. For document changes, edit-and-resend actions are available for supported request types, including non-templated requests. The workflow chooses the correction path based on the request type and current state.
05Can signed documents reach our CRM and file archive?+
Yes. SPIRITT can connect request completion to HubSpot updates, Asana onboarding, and Google Drive filing. Dropbox Sign provides merged PDFs or ZIP files, plus a file-URL option for PDFs. The workflow checks request completion and verifies saved files before recording an agreement as archived.
06Can someone prepare an agreement without sending it immediately?+
Yes. An unclaimed draft provides a unique link for someone else to claim and finalize it. Dropbox Sign also supports releasing held signature requests to signers. SPIRITT can build an internal preparation desk that tracks draft and request IDs separately and releases held requests when your defined sending conditions are satisfied.
