Signer additions are queued and invitation behavior depends on settings. Updating contact details does not automatically email the contract. SPIRITT verifies the signer and uses the explicit send action when authorized.
05When is a signed agreement ready to archive?+
After contract retrieval confirms the appropriate completed state and supplies the signed-document reference. A preview request or signature invitation alone is not a signed agreement.
06How does ongoing eSignatures.com work run?+
SPIRITT tracks the contract IDs it creates or receives, checks current status, and can use contract-specific callbacks for downstream work. Queued signer additions and PDF previews remain pending until their results are verified.
