Questions

eSputnik, with SPIRITT.

01How does SPIRITT handle new subscribers?+
The subscription flow can create unconfirmed contacts for double opt-in. Bulk imports instead assume confirmation, so SPIRITT uses the right path for the consent evidence supplied.
02Can it send across channels?+
It can send email and prepared messages for configured supported channels, including SMS and push. Sender setup, approved recipients, channel availability, and account balance govern each campaign.
03Can it preserve historical events without starting workflows?+
The supported past-events v2 path is explicitly designed not to launch workflows. SPIRITT uses that path for backfills when avoiding live campaign triggers is the requirement.
04How are imports and deliveries verified?+
Contact imports return a session to poll until finished or failed. Sent messages are checked by their returned IDs; pending or failed delivery remains visible rather than being counted as delivered.
05How do I connect eSputnik to SPIRITT?+
Open your SPIRITT workspace and connect eSputnik. Choose the account and records for the mission, then connect any companion apps that will receive work.
06What should I ask SPIRITT to do first?+
Start with 'Build a consent-aware onboarding flow'. Specify the target records, who should receive the result, and which changes or external actions you approve. SPIRITT builds the workflow and checks its outputs against the connected account.
