01What can SPIRITT do in Evenium?+
It creates, updates, imports and deletes contacts, looks them up by Evenium ID or your own custom ID, lists events with search and filters, and reads each contact's invitations and registrations.
02Can it match contacts to my CRM?+
Yes. Evenium stores a custom ID per contact. SPIRITT writes your CRM record ID there, then reads and updates contacts by that ID so every sync stays duplicate-free.
03How does bulk import treat existing contacts?+
The batch import creates new contacts and updates existing ones matched on custom ID or email, so SPIRITT can load large lists repeatedly without duplicating people.
04What happens when a contact is deleted?+
Deleting a contact also removes its guest entries. SPIRITT checks and logs the contact's event history first, so every deletion is deliberate and auditable.
05Can SPIRITT run this on a schedule?+
Yes. Syncs, audits and engagement reports run nightly, weekly or ahead of each event date, with results delivered to Slack, email or your CRM.
