01Does this work with personal Facebook profiles?+
No. This integration supports Facebook Pages, not personal accounts. SPIRITT can list the Pages your connected account manages and work with their posts, comments, conversations, and available insights according to your access.
02What can SPIRITT publish or change on a Page?+
It can publish text and link posts, photo posts, multi-photo posts, and videos, as well as create photo albums. It can update posts, reschedule existing unpublished posts, or publish a scheduled post immediately. Publishing requires the appropriate Page permissions and management access.
03Can it answer every Messenger conversation?+
SPIRITT can retrieve Page conversations and messages and send text or media replies where permitted. Sending requires explicit user consent and compliance with Messenger's applicable messaging rules. This is Page customer communication, not unrestricted outreach or access to personal inboxes.
04Can it keep community work running across other tools?+
Yes. SPIRITT can check Page comments on a recurring schedule, answer from your service guidance, and carry unresolved cases into Slack or Asana. Google Sheets can hold the editorial calendar and issue register so publishing and customer response share the same operating context.
