Questions

Fathom, with SPIRITT.

01What meeting content can SPIRITT access in Fathom?+
SPIRITT can list accessible meeting recordings and retrieve an AI-generated summary or full transcript for a specific recording. It can also list teams and team members to support team-scoped missions and roster matching.
02What access does the Fathom connection need?+
Fathom supports OAuth or API key access. The connected account's permissions determine which user or organization recordings SPIRITT can retrieve. Connect the destination tools separately when the mission includes sending emails, creating tasks, or updating CRM records.
03Can follow-through start when new meeting content arrives?+
Yes. SPIRITT can create a Fathom webhook for new meeting content, then retrieve the relevant summary and transcript for processing. The workflow can track processed recordings to prevent duplicate downstream work, and the webhook can be removed when it is no longer needed.
04Can Fathom commitments become tasks and customer updates?+
Yes. SPIRITT can extract commitments from transcripts and carry them into connected tools such as Asana, HubSpot, and Gmail. Explicit owners, dates, and supporting excerpts can travel with the work; missing assignments can go to a designated team lead for resolution.
05What custom systems can SPIRITT build around the recordings?+
Useful builds include a searchable decision library, a meeting commitment dashboard, a transcript-based coaching workspace, and a customer handoff desk. These systems use retrieved meeting content and can track downstream outcomes in connected tools without changing the source recordings.
06Does this connection control Fathom recording or edit transcripts?+
The available actions cover listing recordings, teams, and members; retrieving summaries and transcripts; and creating or deleting webhooks. They do not include starting recordings, editing transcripts, or deleting meetings. SPIRITT adds execution around the meeting content rather than changing how Fathom captures it.
