Questions

Finmo, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT move money in Finmo?+
Yes. Payins, payouts, full refunds and wallet transfers have real financial effects. Each mission needs an exact approved amount, currency and destination or originating payment.
02How are duplicate payments avoided?+
Retain a unique idempotency key per intended request and reuse it only for an identical retry within eight days. Ambiguous failures require payment or transaction checks first.
03Can it make partial refunds?+
The supported refund action is a full refund for a completed refundable payin. Do not use it as a partial-refund workflow.
04What about cross-currency payouts?+
They require a matching Finmo FX rate ID. This connection does not supply a rate-creation action; the required rate must already be available.
05Is a new beneficiary ready immediately?+
Not necessarily. Activation can take 24 hours, so beneficiary creation and payout readiness are separate states.
06Can it reconcile without moving funds?+
Yes. Wallet balances, payment records and organization transactions can power restricted dashboards, exception queues and accounting reconciliation.
