What you can do with Fireflies.

  • Commitments become work

Extract promises from transcripts, match them to participants, and carry clear next steps into your team's task and customer systems.

  • Evidence stays close

Build decision records and coaching libraries with transcript references and short clips, so teams can return to what was actually said.

  • An organized meeting archive

Keep meeting channels and privacy aligned with your rules, and turn searchable conversations into a useful source for ongoing operations.

Get started in three steps.

Questions

Fireflies, with SPIRITT.

01What can SPIRITT do with Fireflies beyond reading summaries?+
SPIRITT can search spoken content, retrieve transcripts, query meetings through AskFred, fetch AI App outputs, and inspect topics, participants, and meeting analytics. It can also upload audio, create Bites, add the bot to live meetings, and update meeting organization or privacy where the account permits.
02What access and Fireflies plan do I need?+
The connection uses a Fireflies API key and operates within that account's access. Transcript detail retrieval requires a paid plan; Bites require a supporting plan and appropriate access. Meeting title changes require admin privileges, and live meeting bot access also has a plan requirement. SPIRITT can scope the mission to the capabilities available.
03Can it handle new recordings and recurring follow-through?+
Yes. SPIRITT can run scheduled checks for new transcripts or upload approved audio for transcription. Audio processing is asynchronous, so the workflow tracks availability before extracting commitments or sending recaps. A processed transcript register prevents repeat processing from creating duplicate tasks.
04How do meeting commitments reach our other tools?+
With the relevant tools connected, SPIRITT can create Asana tasks from explicit commitments, send recaps through Gmail, add account context to HubSpot, and route unresolved ownership through Slack. Transcript references keep the downstream work tied to the original conversation.
05What custom systems can SPIRITT build from Fireflies data?+
Useful outcomes include a searchable decision desk, a coaching library built around Bites, a customer research evidence board, and a meeting follow-through tracker. These systems combine transcript content and meeting metadata with purpose-built views, while keeping access appropriate to the source conversations.
06How is this different from asking AskFred a question?+
AskFred provides a conversational way to ask about meetings, including follow-up questions in an existing thread. SPIRITT can use those answers as part of a larger operation: check supporting transcripts, create work in connected tools, build a searchable interface, and maintain the workflow as new meetings arrive.
