Questions

ForceManager, with SPIRITT.

01Which ForceManager records can SPIRITT change?+
Existing activities, companies, products, sales orders and order lines can be updated. Activities, companies, contacts, orders, order lines, saved views and master-data values can be deleted by ID.
02How does it find the right record?+
By ForceManager ID, or by external ID for accounts, contacts, products and activities. Orders and lines are matched through your ID mapping, so updates stay exact.
03Which order details can it update?+
Amount, account, contact, address, branch, currency, closing dates, comments and archive status on orders, plus price, quantity, product and up to four discounts on each line.
04Can it maintain the product catalog?+
Yes. Price, cost, model, description, category, family, maximum discount, availability and custom fields can be updated per product.
05Can it keep ForceManager in step with our ERP?+
Yes. On a schedule it resolves ERP codes for products, accounts and contacts, updates orders and lines by their mapped ForceManager IDs, and logs every change.
06Can it fix rep check-ins?+
Yes. Activity date and time, check-in type, check-out time, linked account and contact, comments and geocode fields can be corrected on existing activities.
