Formsite
Responses to results

SPIRITT reads your Formsite forms, questions, results, and webhook configurations to build the operation after submission. Turn captured answers into assigned work, applicant reviews, and useful decisions.

What you can do with Formsite.

  • Answers with context

Match response values to the actual Formsite questions so reviewers receive meaningful intake briefs rather than unexplained fields.

  • Intake that moves

Route Formsite results into connected work tools, coordinate follow-ups, and track completion without changing the original submission.

  • Purpose-built review

Build a review app around your forms, with scoring rules, exception queues, and team decisions stored separately from Formsite results.

Get started in three steps.

01

Open your workspace

Start a SPIRITT workspace for the intake, application review, or survey operation you want to run.

02

Questions

Formsite, with SPIRITT.

01What can SPIRITT access in Formsite?+
SPIRITT can list forms, retrieve a specific form's details and question items, read its results, and inspect its configured webhooks. That provides both the submitted answers and the question context needed to route or analyze them.
02What access do I need to connect Formsite?+
The connection uses a Formsite API key. Use a key with access to the forms needed for the mission, and connect destination tools separately if SPIRITT will create tasks, send messages, or maintain a review database.
03Can SPIRITT create forms or edit submitted answers?+
The available Formsite actions retrieve information; they do not create forms, edit questions, or change results. SPIRITT can build a separate intake dashboard or review app and keep assignments, corrections, and decisions there while preserving the original Formsite data.
04Can it keep processing new Formsite results?+
Yes. SPIRITT can check results on a schedule and maintain a processing ledger so previously handled submissions do not generate duplicate tasks. It can inspect existing webhook configurations, but the connection does not provide an action to create or change them.
05Where can the work go after a submission?+
With the relevant apps connected, a service request can become an Asana task, an inquiry can become a HubSpot contact and follow-up task, or an application can enter an Airtable review queue. The workflow maps Formsite question items to the destination fields and retains the source result reference.
06How is this different from simply forwarding form responses?+
Forwarding delivers an answer set. SPIRITT can interpret it against the form's questions and your operating rules, resolve routing exceptions, and build a review interface with assignments and decisions. For example, grant applications can become a scored committee queue rather than another inbox of submissions.
