Glide
Apps that build and run themselves

SPIRITT builds working Glide apps and keeps them running. It designs the database, ships the frontend and API, wires workflows to schedules, webhooks and data changes, and rolls back fast when a release misbehaves.

What you can do with Glide.

  • Full-stack apps, published

Build React and API apps in Glide projects, preview every change, publish versions and roll back in one step.

  • A real database underneath

Design Postgres tables, load CSV or Excel data, and restore to any point from backups.

  • Workflows that run themselves

Start workflows on schedules, webhooks, table changes or app buttons, and inspect every run.

Get started in three steps.

01

Open your workspace

Start a SPIRITT workspace for the app you need. Bring the spreadsheets, processes and users it should serve.

02

Connect Glide

Connect your Glide organization so SPIRITT can create projects, data and workflows, then add the apps those workflows talk to.

03

Delegate an outcome

Describe the app, who uses it and what should happen automatically. SPIRITT builds, publishes and maintains it.

Questions

Glide, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT build a Glide app from scratch?+
Yes. It builds the frontend and API routes, previews changes, publishes versions, and sets the custom domain, vanity subdomain, icon and sharing settings.
02Does each app get a database?+
Each project has a Postgres database. SPIRITT creates tables, runs SQL, loads CSV, JSON or Excel data, and manages backups and restores.
03What can start a workflow?+
Schedules, public webhooks, table changes, app buttons, events from connected apps, or an on-demand run.
04Can it convert Excel workbooks?+
Yes. It inspects sheets, tables, pivots, comments and macros, renders ranges and extracts embedded images to rebuild the workbook as an app.
05What happens when a release breaks?+
SPIRITT reads runtime errors and logs, rolls back or promotes a known-good version, and republishes once the fix verifies.
06How are changes tracked?+
Every change leaves audit entries and file history, and workspace files or whole app folders can be restored to an earlier point.
