Questions

Gong, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT act on Gong transcripts rather than just summarize them?+
Yes. Gong transcripts include speaker information that SPIRITT can use to attribute commitments, objections, and missing decisions. It can turn supporting excerpts into Asana tasks, customer recaps, Salesforce follow-through, or product issues, then keep the resulting work connected to the source calls.
02Which Gong permissions matter for a mission?+
Call data, transcripts, coaching, Engage, meetings, and management actions can require different access. SPIRITT uses the connected account's permissions. Public library retrieval excludes private and archived folders, and individual call-grant lists show explicit grants rather than every permission-based route by which someone can see a call.
03Can SPIRITT bring existing recordings into Gong?+
Yes. It can create a Gong call with a recording download source or attach recorded media to the returned call record. SPIRITT can match recordings to supplied call metadata, track imported call identities, and verify records before completing the intake. Importing existing media does not mean the connection automatically records every meeting.
04Can it operate Gong Engage alongside my CRM?+
SPIRITT can inspect flows, folders, prospect assignments, and user tasks, assign prospects to flows, and remove flow assignments by CRM identity. It can also maintain entity data in an existing Gong CRM connection, checking field definitions and processing status before treating an upload as successfully synchronized.
05What custom systems can SPIRITT build from Gong evidence?+
Useful builds include a searchable commitment register, deal inspection dashboard, call-based onboarding course, and coaching tracker. They can combine call transcripts with scorecard answers, coaching metrics, CRM context, and external delivery tools, while preserving the call identities needed to trace conclusions back to evidence.
06How does this differ from reviewing calls inside Gong?+
Gong holds conversation and revenue evidence. SPIRITT owns the work around it: importing recordings, coordinating meeting records, maintaining CRM context, running coaching programs, and completing customer commitments across other apps. It can also report actual external content engagement back into Gong rather than leaving those signals in a separate portal.
