Questions

Google Admin, with SPIRITT.

01Which Google Admin actions can SPIRITT perform?+
SPIRITT can list and retrieve users and groups, create users and groups, add or remove user aliases, and add or remove group members. It can also update group settings, suspend or unsuspend users, and permanently delete explicitly authorized user accounts.
02What access does the connection need?+
Connect Google Admin using an account with administrative permissions for the intended work. Reading a directory, provisioning users, managing groups, and suspending accounts require appropriate access; the connection does not grant additional administrative authority.
03Can it handle onboarding and offboarding on a schedule?+
Yes. SPIRITT can use an approved roster and effective dates to run recurring account creation, group assignment, suspension, and membership removal workflows. Permanent deletion is irreversible and should be a separate, explicitly authorized step after your retention process is complete.
04How can Google Admin work with our HR and IT processes?+
Google Sheets can supply approved employee records and access rules, while Asana or Jira tracks exceptions and completion. SPIRITT can carry those decisions into Workspace user and group actions, verify the directory state, and notify responsible owners through Slack.
05What can SPIRITT build around our directory?+
Useful systems include a group membership request portal, a new-starter provisioning desk, and a restricted directory dashboard. They can use actual user records, group details, and membership lists, with request decisions and action histories maintained in the system SPIRITT builds.
06Does this connection administer every Google Workspace feature?+
No. Its direct operations focus on users, aliases, groups, memberships, and account suspension or deletion. Organizational unit changes, password resets, license assignment, and mailbox or file transfers are not included in these actions. Gmail and Google Drive work require their own connected tools and access.
