SPIRITT can create and update contacts individually or in batches, manage contact photos, create and rename contact groups, and add or remove group members. It can also delete contacts and groups as part of a defined cleanup mission.
02Whose contacts and directory entries can it access?+
The connection works with the authenticated account's contacts and contact groups. Directory access lets SPIRITT list and search domain profiles and domain contacts. Saved contact fields are editable; domain directory profiles serve as lookup information.

Yes. SPIRITT can run scheduled reconciliation with a connected CRM, matching records, creating missing contacts, and updating designated fields. A record mapping and field ownership rules keep personal details distinct from CRM-managed work details, while an exception queue captures competing values.

SPIRITT can retrieve group members and use their contact details in workflows with connected Gmail or Google Calendar.
