What you can do with Google Forms.

  • Intake built for action

Create forms around the information your team actually needs, then turn submitted answers into routed work with clear ownership.

  • Answers that drive decisions

Combine response data with the form's questions to surface useful patterns, separate incomplete answers, and recommend concrete next steps.

  • Reliable follow-through

Keep response workflows running with scheduled checks or supported form notifications, plus a record of which submissions have been handled.

Get started in three steps.

Questions

Google Forms, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT create a form or only read its answers?+
It can create a new Google Form, update its contents, retrieve its structure, and change publishing settings. That supports building a questionnaire from a brief, revising questions, and controlling publication or response acceptance as part of a defined workflow.
02What access does it need to my Google Forms?+
You authorize Google Forms access through your Google account. The mission operates within the permissions granted for the relevant forms and responses. Gmail, task tools, or CRM systems used for follow-through require their own connected access.
03Can it process responses continuously?+
Yes. SPIRITT can retrieve response lists and individual responses for recurring processing. Form watches support notifications when delivery is configured, and watches can be listed, renewed, or removed. Renewal extends a watch by one week; scheduled reconciliation can catch responses not yet processed.
04Can answers become tasks or CRM records?+
Yes. SPIRITT can read submitted answers and use connected apps to create Asana tasks, maintain a Google Sheets register, or route referrals into HubSpot. A response-ID ledger links submissions to downstream records and helps prevent duplicate actions.
05What can it build around a Google Form?+
It can build a service intake desk, onboarding portal, purchasing review queue, or survey dashboard. Google Forms supplies the questionnaire and submissions; the surrounding application can hold assignments, decisions, and processing status separately from the original answers.
06How is this different from a linked response spreadsheet?+
A linked spreadsheet collects answers in rows. SPIRITT can also create and revise the form, interpret answers against its question structure, coordinate downstream work, and maintain response-processing workflows. The available Google Forms actions do not include editing or deleting submitted responses.
