01What can SPIRITT do directly in Google Meet?+
SPIRITT can create spaces, retrieve space details, update supported space settings with the required privileges, and end a designated active conference. It can also retrieve conference records, participants, participant sessions, recordings, transcripts, and individual transcript entries.
02Does creating a Meet space also schedule the meeting?+
No. A new Meet space is not automatically attached to a calendar event. SPIRITT can coordinate Google Calendar separately to schedule the event and include the space's meeting link, keeping room creation and scheduling as distinct steps.
03Can SPIRITT summarize every meeting or start recording?+
Summaries require an available transcript or other supplied meeting content. The integration retrieves existing recording and transcript resources; it does not provide controls to start recording or transcription. Recordings must have been enabled, and transcript availability and processing state determine when transcript-based work can run.
04What access is needed to manage spaces and meeting records?+
Connect the Google account with access to the relevant spaces and conference records. Updating space settings requires organizer or host privileges and the required authorization. Access to a meeting link alone should not be treated as permission to retrieve its transcripts or recordings.
05What useful systems can SPIRITT build around Meet?+
SPIRITT can build an attendance app from participant sessions, a searchable archive from available transcript entries, or a commitment desk that creates Asana tasks and sends Gmail recaps. Calendar and a supplied roster can provide scheduling and recipient context that conference records alone may not contain.
06How is this different from a bot that joins the call?+
These capabilities work with Meet spaces and conference records rather than joining a call as a participant. SPIRITT can process available speaker, time, and text entries after a conference and carry the resulting work into connected systems, without promising live listening or a new recording.
