Questions

Greenhouse, with SPIRITT.

01Which Greenhouse recruiting actions can SPIRITT execute?+
SPIRITT can create jobs from templates, add openings and hiring team members, maintain candidate profiles and applications, schedule interviews, and request job approvals. It can also move, reject, or mark applications as hired when carrying out your team's explicit decisions.
02What access does a Greenhouse mission need?+
Connect Greenhouse with permissions covering the records and actions in scope. Interview coordination needs different access from user administration or candidate anonymization. A mission should use only the relevant jobs and candidate information; connecting an account does not replace existing access controls.
03Can SPIRITT keep interview operations running every day?+
Yes. It can run scheduled checks of applications, interviews, interview plans, and scorecards, coordinate scheduling, and pursue missing feedback through connected tools. It can create and update scheduled interviews, but interviewer evaluations remain the hiring team's work.
04How does Greenhouse work with calendars and onboarding tools?+
SPIRITT can coordinate Google Calendar events alongside Greenhouse interview records, send candidate logistics through Gmail, and notify recruiters in Slack. After HR confirms a hire, it can mark the application as hired, close the matching opening, and create the onboarding work in Asana.
05What custom recruiting systems can SPIRITT build?+
Useful builds include an employee referral portal that creates candidates and applications, an interviewer briefing desk using interview kits, and a headcount dashboard reconciling jobs and openings against a hiring plan. Access to candidate materials can be scoped to the audience rather than copied into a company-wide view.
06Why distinguish candidates, applications, jobs, and openings?+
A candidate profile represents a person; an application connects that person to a job. A job can contain multiple openings, each representing a headcount slot. SPIRITT can operate on the right object: adding an application for an existing candidate, scheduling against that application, or closing the matching opening when a confirmed hire is recorded.
