01What can SPIRITT do directly in Gumroad?+
SPIRITT can retrieve your account profile, list products, retrieve successful sales, verify a license against a specific product, and list, create, or remove resource subscriptions. This connection does not provide product editing, refunds, or checkout management.
02How does account access work?+
You authorize SPIRITT to access your Gumroad account. Product and sales retrieval use that authenticated account, while license verification checks a key against a specific product. Missions involving email, task tracking, or a database also need access to those connected systems.
03Can it run onboarding when a purchase happens?+
SPIRITT can set up a receiving workflow and subscribe to Gumroad resource events, then coordinate buyer onboarding in connected apps. Scheduled retrieval of successful sales can reconcile the workflow and catch purchases that did not complete their handoff. Resource subscriptions here are event registrations, not customer membership billing controls.
04Can Gumroad purchases drive work in other apps?+
Yes. Successful sales can feed a Google Sheets register, Gmail onboarding messages, or Asana fulfillment tasks. Product IDs keep the handoffs tied to the right listing, and an external action register can prevent repeated messages or duplicate tasks.
05What can I build with license verification?+
SPIRITT can build a private license support desk or a customer access gate for your own app. Verification checks the submitted key against the selected Gumroad product; your app then applies your entitlement rules. It does not create license keys or change the purchased product.
06Does the sales data cover the whole checkout funnel?+
No. Retrieved sales cover successful purchases, not failed charges, abandoned carts, or page visits. They support purchase trends, product comparisons, and operational reconciliation, but cannot alone establish checkout conversion, lost demand, net profit, or payout totals.
