01Do I need an Icypeas account or API key?+
No. No API needed, pay per usage. SPIRITT manages Icypeas access, so you do not create an Icypeas account, buy a credit pack there, or paste a key. Open a workspace and describe the people, companies, or lists you want to work with.
02What can SPIRITT do with Icypeas?+
Search people by title, company, seniority, skills, school, location, or experience; search companies by industry, headcount, growth, revenue, type, location, or keyword; count matches before pulling them; enrich people and companies; find work emails from a name and domain; verify emails with catch-all detection; find role-based addresses; and resolve emails or names to professional profiles.
03How does bulk processing work?+
Icypeas bulk jobs handle up to 5,000 rows of email discovery, verification, or domain scanning, and batch calls process up to 50 profiles, companies, or emails at once. Email finding and verification run asynchronously, so SPIRITT tracks each job, collects the results when ready, and handles retries.
04Will every contact have a valid email?+
No data source finds every address. Some people have no discoverable work email, and catch-all domains accept any address, so deliverability cannot always be confirmed. SPIRITT labels each contact as verified, catch-all, or invalid and keeps that status on the record so your campaigns use the right ones.
05How does SPIRITT turn this into working systems?+
SPIRITT builds the whole flow: scheduled searches, enrichment, verification, deduplication against your CRM, scoring, routing, and Slack alerts. It runs those workflows on a schedule, monitors bulk jobs, fixes failures, and keeps your lists clean as people change roles.
06Is Icypeas usage free or unlimited?+
No. Icypeas calls are metered per call and paid from your workspace credits, subject to your available balance. Larger lists and bulk jobs consume more. Failed provider calls are not billed. SPIRITT counts matches first so you can decide the scope before records are pulled.
