01What can SPIRITT change in my ImageKit library?+
SPIRITT can create folders, move files in bulk, copy or move folders, rename files, and update tags and custom metadata. It can also manage metadata field definitions, restore previous file versions, and perform explicitly scoped deletions. Folder copy and move jobs can be tracked through their completion status.
02What access does the ImageKit connection use?+
The connection uses an ImageKit API key. Give it access appropriate to the library operations in your mission, and identify the folders or file IDs it should operate on. Permanent file, folder, and version deletion needs an exact authorized scope because those actions cannot be undone.
03Can SPIRITT recover an earlier image and clear its cached copy?+
Yes. SPIRITT can list file versions, inspect a specific version, and restore a non-current version as the current one. It can then request a cache purge for the affected URL or URL pattern and check the purge status. Version restoration and cache invalidation are separate operations, so the workflow tracks both.
04How can ImageKit assets stay aligned with other business tools?+
A Google Sheets catalog can supply SKU values for ImageKit custom metadata, while Notion can supply campaign requirements. SPIRITT can reconcile those records against library assets, create correction work in Asana, and send release or recovery outcomes to Slack. File IDs provide a consistent reference across the workflow.
