Intercom
Carry support through

SPIRITT turns Intercom conversations into owned work: customer replies, structured tickets, engineering handoffs, and maintained help content. Give it a support mission and let it carry the details across your tools.

Carry ticket details into engineering work, follow the fix, and bring verified progress back to the customer's Intercom thread.

Questions

Intercom, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT reply to and route Intercom conversations?+
Yes. SPIRITT can search and read conversations, apply tags, send replies, and assign them to admins or teams under your authorized routing instructions. It can also create tickets for work that needs structured tracking. Closing a conversation requires explicit confirmation.
02What Intercom access does a mission need?+
You authorize Intercom access for your workspace. The connected account's permissions govern available records and actions. An inbox mission needs conversation access, while content maintenance needs access to the relevant articles or Fin content sources. Saved replies are limited to those visible to the authorized account.
03Can it keep escalation work moving over time?+
Yes. SPIRITT can run scheduled checks of conversations and tickets, identify stalled work, coordinate owners, and reply with verified progress. A workflow can maintain links between Intercom tickets and engineering issues so a customer thread retains its connection to the underlying fix.
04How can Intercom work with our engineering and account tools?+
SPIRITT can carry reproduction details into Linear or Jira, coordinate owners through Slack, and use a supplied CRM account roster to reconcile Intercom company associations. Replies can return to the original Intercom conversation instead of leaving support teams to reconstruct updates across tools.
05What custom systems can SPIRITT build around Intercom?+
Useful builds include a private support command center, a structured ticket intake app, and an account-level escalation board. Intercom supplies conversations, contacts, companies, and tickets; the custom system adds focused views, submission flows, and cross-tool tracking for your operation.
06How is this different from maintaining Fin content alone?+
Fin content maintenance is one part of the operation: SPIRITT can create or update external pages and manage content import sources. It can also maintain help center and internal articles, act on conversations, create tickets, and coordinate engineering handoffs. Updating content does not itself configure or guarantee Fin's answers.
