Questions

Klaviyo, with SPIRITT.

01Can SPIRITT send a Klaviyo campaign and measure what follows?+
Yes. It can create campaigns and templates, assign templates to messages, estimate recipients, start send jobs, and check their status. It can query campaign results and compare customer events with connected order data under a defined attribution rule. Attributed purchases do not automatically prove incremental lift; that requires an appropriate comparison or experiment.
02What access does a Klaviyo mission need?+
Connect through account authorization or an appropriate key with permissions for the relevant resources. Campaign execution needs campaign and template access; catalog repairs need catalog write access. Subscription changes, profile imports, and event reconciliation require their corresponding permissions. The mission determines which access is needed.
03How are list membership, consent, and unsubscribes handled?+
A customer record or list membership alone is not proof of marketing consent. SPIRITT can record consent evidence, submit channel-specific opt-ins, execute verified unsubscribe requests individually or in bulk, and check resulting subscription state. Suppression is a separate sending restriction with dedicated actions, not a substitute for processing an unsubscribe or a setting to clear during routine profile updates.
04Can SPIRITT repair Klaviyo catalog discrepancies using Shopify?+
Yes. It can create and update catalog items, variants, categories, and their relationships. With Shopify designated as the source of truth for specified fields, it can correct prices and inventory fields, then retrieve the Klaviyo records to verify them. Conflicting identifiers or unclear field ownership go into an exception queue rather than triggering speculative overwrites.
05What useful tools can it build around Klaviyo?+
SPIRITT can build variant-specific restock signup pages, a template test bench with rendered customer cases, and an authenticated preference app that processes opt-ins and unsubscribes. It can also run a catalog reconciliation console or audience migration desk with bulk import status, row-level errors, and verified outcomes.
06How does this work alongside existing Klaviyo flows?+
SPIRITT can inspect flow actions and messages, query flow performance, correct message templates, and change flow status under your operating rules. It can verify template changes with rendered cases and check the resulting flow status. This is not a general flow-definition editor: structural changes to flow logic remain separate, while SPIRITT operates the repairs and surrounding cross-app work.
