01Do I need a Majestic account or API key?+
No. No API needed, pay per usage. SPIRITT manages the Majestic access, so you never create a Majestic account, buy a plan, or paste credentials. Describe the outcome in your workspace and SPIRITT makes the calls on your behalf.
02What Majestic data can SPIRITT use?+
SPIRITT can pull a domain's backlink profile summary, including external links, referring domains and .edu and .gov links, and Trust Flow, Citation Flow and link counts for up to 100 URLs or domains per call.
03Can SPIRITT list individual backlinks or anchor text?+
Not through this capability. It returns summary metrics and scores rather than link-by-link lists or anchor text. That makes it ideal for scoring, benchmarking and monitoring many sites at once.
04How current are the metrics?+
The figures come from Majestic's link index at the time of the call and reflect when Majestic last crawled those links, so very new or recently removed links may not appear yet. For trends, SPIRITT stores each run and compares them over time.
05How is Majestic usage billed?+
Usage is metered per call and drawn from your workspace credits, so it is not free or unlimited. Failed provider calls are not billed. You can ask SPIRITT to size a job before it runs at scale.
