01Can SPIRITT work with personal, group, and site notebooks?+
Yes. The connection includes notebook and page actions for user notebooks, Microsoft 365 groups, and SharePoint sites. SPIRITT can resolve a notebook or site from its supplied location and use the appropriate context. Available notebooks still depend on the authorized user's access; a notebook URL does not grant permission.
02Can it edit existing notes without rebuilding every page?+
Yes. OneNote page-content actions support targeted additions, insertions, and replacements. SPIRITT can update the relevant procedure or commitment section and read the saved page back to verify it. Notebook sections can also be renamed, while new pages and section groups provide structure for new work.
03Does OneNote access include meeting recordings or automatic transcription?+
This connection operates on notebooks, page content, and accessible embedded resources. Meeting follow-through starts from notes already present on the page or material you supply. It does not provide a meeting recorder or a native transcription action, so those are not assumed when extracting commitments.
04Can SPIRITT build software from notebook content and attachments?+
Yes. A field-evidence browser, study companion, or research decision app can use page content and source links. The connection also provides retrieval of embedded resource content in the supported user context. SPIRITT builds the interface and any practice or workflow records around that material rather than inventing native OneNote app features.
05How do note-based workflows coordinate other tools?+
Asana can hold tasks extracted from meeting pages, Outlook can carry owner recaps, and Microsoft Teams can distribute updated procedures. Salesforce can provide account context and Canvas can receive training materials. SPIRITT keeps the resulting links and outcomes on the relevant OneNote pages so the notes remain useful.
06What is important when copying OneNote notebooks or sections?+
Notebook and section copies can be asynchronous. SPIRITT tracks the operation status and checks the destination contents instead of treating an accepted copy as a completed handoff. Copying also preserves the original material; it is not presented as a move or as a change to notebook permissions.
