Templates must already be created and approved in MSG91. SPIRITT supplies recipient details and variables to the existing template.
02Does the connection include WhatsApp or email sends?+
The available messaging actions here are template SMS and OTP send, resend and verification. Other channel sends are not included.

Yes. SPIRITT can build the application flow around sending, verifying and resending OTPs, with attempt controls and private handling of codes.
