What you can do with Mural.

  • Prepared sessions

Populate an existing mural with prompts, evidence, and discussion questions so workshop time starts with useful context.

  • Decisions into delivery

Turn commitments captured on the board into assigned work in connected project tools, with the original mural as context.

  • Reusable thinking

Build a searchable board library that surfaces previous research, diagrams, and decisions instead of repeating the same discovery.

Questions

Mural, with SPIRITT.

01What can SPIRITT read and change in Mural?+
SPIRITT can find accessible murals and rooms, read mural widgets, list tags and file widgets, and create one or more sticky notes. The available actions do not include editing or deleting existing widgets, creating murals, or changing board permissions.
02Which workspaces and rooms can it use?+
Access follows the Mural account you authorize. SPIRITT can list your workspaces, navigate accessible rooms and folders, and find murals you own or belong to. Discovering an open room does not grant access to restricted content.
03Can it keep workshop actions moving after the session?+
Yes. SPIRITT can read commitments from a designated mural area, create tasks in a connected project tool, and run scheduled progress checks. It can add dated summary sticky notes to the board while keeping task status in the delivery tool.
04How can Mural work connect to documents and project tools?+
SPIRITT can turn board content into a Google Docs operating guide, compare priorities in Google Sheets, or carry agreed actions into Asana. Slack and Gmail can distribute questions and handoffs, with mural links preserving the original workshop context.
05What custom tools can SPIRITT build around our boards?+
Useful builds include a searchable mural library, a decision explorer with source links, and a workshop intake app that releases submissions as sticky notes. These tools use accessible board content and can maintain their own refresh history and submission records.
06Can SPIRITT select templates and generate a new board?+
SPIRITT can browse default, workspace, and recent templates and recommend a fit for your session. Template discovery is separate from board creation: the available Mural actions let it populate an existing mural with sticky notes, not create a new mural from a template.
