Questions

Nutshell, with SPIRITT.

01Does a Nutshell lead mean the same thing as a contact?+
No. Nutshell exposes separate accounts, contacts, and sales leads, with leads assigned to pipelines and stages. SPIRITT can create those records, preserve their relationships through supported fields, change a lead's pipeline or status, and reopen a closed lead when a new buying cycle justifies it.
02Can it operate billing or email marketing inside Nutshell?+
The available actions can retrieve invoices and quotes, along with products and lead product mappings, but do not provide invoice creation, payment collection, or marketing email delivery. SPIRITT can use that evidence to run quote follow-through through Gmail and coordinate billing work in a separately connected system.
03How does it handle activities, notes, and tasks?+
SPIRITT can create Nutshell activities and notes, read individual tasks, and update existing tasks. New task creation is not part of the available connection, so a workflow can place new delivery actions in Asana while updating known Nutshell tasks and recording customer commitments in the CRM.
04What should I connect and identify for the mission?+
Connect the Nutshell account authorized for the selected records and name the relevant pipeline, source register, or customer list. SPIRITT can inspect field definitions, activity types, users, and territories before mapping data. Record recovery also needs the exact incident scope so unrelated deleted records are not restored.
05Can SPIRITT build a custom app or keep an export current?+
Yes. Supported account and lead custom fields can back a referral intake app, while events and deletion events can help maintain a CRM warehouse. SPIRITT builds the interface, stores processing history, and reconciles changes instead of relying on an export that becomes stale after the first run.
06What makes the product and competitor data useful outside a report?+
Nutshell exposes lead-to-product and lead-to-competitor mappings alongside outcomes, sources, notes, and quotes. SPIRITT can connect those facts to concrete work: publish objection playbooks in Notion, assign positioning experiments in Asana, and maintain a Google Sheets decision model for product and channel investment.
