  • Carts worth recovering

Keep cart contents, quantities, and prices aligned with the storefront as shoppers change their baskets.

  • A dependable catalog

Create missing products and maintain categories so the catalog your marketing team uses follows the source store.

  • Every record accounted for

Track each contact and order sync to a verified result, with source mappings and a repair queue for unresolved records.

Questions

Omnisend, with SPIRITT.

01Does this connection send Omnisend email or SMS campaigns?+
The available actions manage commerce data and contacts, list campaigns, and send customer events. They do not directly create or send email or SMS campaigns, or retrieve campaign performance. Events can trigger automations already configured in Omnisend, while SPIRITT runs the data preparation and cross-app work around those journeys.
02What can SPIRITT change inside an Omnisend cart?+
It can create, retrieve, update, replace, or delete carts, and add, update, replace, or remove their products. That supports ongoing cart reconciliation, including quantity and price changes, instead of treating each abandoned cart as a static snapshot.
03What access does an Omnisend mission need?+
Connect the intended Omnisend brand with permission for the records the mission will use. SPIRITT can retrieve brand information, including currency, to check the store context. A catalog sync needs product and category access; a purchase handoff also needs order access and access to its source store.
04Can it build an import recovery console?+
Yes. SPIRITT can list batches, inspect a batch's status, and retrieve individual item results to build a recovery console. Batch creation is available, but supported record types must be verified before using it for a particular import. Contact, product, and order migrations can instead use their explicit individual write actions with a reconciliation ledger.
05Where do Shopify and Airtable fit into the workflow?+
Shopify can supply products, purchases, and shipping changes. Airtable can hold loyalty milestones or an exception queue. SPIRITT maps those records to Omnisend contacts and commerce objects, then sends a qualifying customer event to an existing automation while tracking submissions to prevent repeats.
06Is updating an order the same as replacing it?+
No. Omnisend provides a focused order-status update for changes such as shipping and payment, and a separate replacement action for the complete order. SPIRITT can use the narrower change for routine status syncs and validate a complete source record before replacing an order.
