What you can do with Onedesk.

  • Known items, useful context

Retrieve named tasks and issues to connect status, ownership and due dates to your delivery process.

  • Support visibility with scope

Build ticket views from approved bounded ID ranges while making the covered range explicit.

  • Work recorded deliberately

Create approved worklogs against verified item IDs and retain the actual submission result.

Get started in three steps.

Open your workspace

Start a SPIRITT workspace for known items, useful context and give it your operating priorities.

Questions

Onedesk, with SPIRITT.

01Can it discover all OneDesk work?+
No. Use a supplied item-ID register for reliable scoped workflows. Ticket retrieval scans a bounded ID range rather than using an account-wide ticket listing.
02Can it build a useful app despite that limit?+
Yes. A maintained register of known item IDs can power customer portals, release checks, due-date follow-up and delivery dashboards.
03Can it list comments and feedback?+
General comment, feedback, issue and message listing is not supported here. Known-item detail retrieval supplies the context used in these missions.
04Can it record work?+
A worklog can be created against a known item with approved timing, hours, completion and billability fields. The actual submission outcome is retained.
05Can it retrieve attachments?+
Attachment retrieval uses a known item external ID and extracts available attachment data from that record. It is not a global attachment inventory.
06Are timesheets and worklogs always readable?+
Availability varies with the account’s supported endpoints. An empty or unavailable response is surfaced as an evidence gap, not treated as proof of no work.
